All about Penelope Davies
Penelope Davies, FCCA is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years of post-qualification accounting and tax experience. She also holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Economics. Penelope is the Owner and President of Redwood Accounting Group, an Accounting and Tax firm dedicated to serving Dentists.
She has been professionally helping Dental practitioners with accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, tax planning, and fraud prevention for many years—saving them time and money whilst streamlining their financial processes.
Penelope began her accounting career as a Finance Manager at Lloyds Bank PLC, one of the “Big 4” banks in the UK, where she prepared monthly and annual financial reports for multiple companies within a major banking division. She later served as an Internal Audit Manager at Legal & General PLC, reviewing internal procedures and advising Directors and Senior Managers on how to minimize fraud risk and financial losses. She has also held roles in large companies at the Controller and Director level.
Penelope loves working with people and is passionate about helping Dentists succeed financially. She supports busy Dental practitioners by providing professional oversight of the day-to-day financial management of their dental practices.
